The successfully completed ‘Decommissioning - Relative Effects of Alternative Management Strategies (DREAMS)’ project sought to analyse a wide range of existing data on the effects of man-made structures on ecosystems and their services, in order to better understand the various decommissioning options and potential outcomes.

The team will present their results at the Structures in the Marine Environment 2024 conference, hosted by the INSITE Programme and the Marine Alliance for Science and Technology for Scotland (MASTS).

A project video had also been created, giving a summary of the project and its findings >>
