Devon County Show 2024

Thursday 16 May 2024 - Saturday 18 May 2024

: Westpoint Area and Showground, Clyst St Mary, near Exeter

PML is pleased be a part of the Devon County Show this year. Scientists Prof Andy Rees and Dr Keila Guillen Onate will be taking part in the River Discovery Zone marquee to explain the work of the AgZero+ project.

The Devon County Show is an agricultural show held annually at the Westpoint Area and showground in Clyst St Mary, near Exeter. It features a variety of activities and entertainment over three days and in 2016 had over 90,000 visitors attend the show.

PML will be in the 'River Discovery Zone' talking about the work of AgZero+, a major five-year £13.8 million research programme, to support the UK's transition towards home-grown food production that is sustainable, carbon-neutral and has a positive effect on nature.

PML is a partner in the project, taking regular measurements throughout the rivers, estuary and coastal waters of the River Tamar catchment.
