Introducing Marine Ecosystem Services

This video provides an overview of the ecosystem services approach to understanding the marine environment and its application in VECTORS, an EU-funded marine research project. 

Understanding what the ocean give us is central to its future management. Ecosystem services offer an innovative approach to valuing the goods and services that the ocean provides and appreciating the impact these have on our societies and economies.
