I joined PML in 2021 after completing my PhD project entitled ‘’Land cover monitoring through temporal modelling’’ at Aberystwyth University. This project focused on tracking long-term changes in mangrove ecosystems using spatiotemporal modelling approaches. My research interests are in applying existing and novel methodologies to large-scale monitoring of land cover change.
In my current position I am working within NEODAAS to develop environmental intelligence applications using Earth Observation (EO) data. This work will make use of the Massive GPU Cluster for Earth Observation (MAGEO) to apply machine learning and data science approaches to a range of EO data types and problems.
