Governance

In 2002 PML became an independent company, limited by guarantee (clg), with charitable status. At the same time it established a wholly owned trading subsidiary PML Applications Ltd. The PML Group business model can be viewed here.

 

PML is governed in accordance with charity law by a Board of Trustees, who are also Directors under company law.
