International Training Workshop for Nutrient Analysis

Applications are welcomed for up to 10 scientists or technicians from developing countries to attend this training course (for eligibility, see here). Applicants should have some prior experience of carrying out nutrient analysis.
Aim of the Course:
This training course will provide a combination of lab work and lectures, guided by experienced nutrient chemists. This will provide invaluable experience and knowledge in all aspects of nutrient analysis, including basic analytical information, sample handling, pipeing, reagent make-up, calibrations, GO-SHIP protocols, the use of CRM’s etc.
What is covered:
Air fare from home country to The Netherlands, internal travel between Amsterdam airport and hotel on day of arrival, and between hotel and NIOZ daily. Bed, breakfast and evening meals.
What is not covered:
Domestic travel in home country, visa costs, insurance, salary.
